CBC: An Overview of Brewery Planning

If you’re attending the Craft Brewers Conference (CBC) in Philadelphia this May, you will be joining thousands of beer-industry professionals to socialize, form new relationships and to learn. CBC not only has a trade show, it is renowned for its informative seminars and sessions.

This year our parent company, First Key Consulting Inc., will be presenting on brewery planning.  If you are about to build your craft brewery, or are anticipating an expansion, a well thought-out go-to-market plan, supply chain strategy, integrated with sound process design, quality equipment and engineering are some of the key elements to success. Our team will walk you through a few of the essential steps to help your brewery thrive and will discuss how to avoid some common pitfalls.

The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion, giving you the opportunity to ask the questions that are unique to your brewery. With over 30 years’ experience in craft brewing, First Key has seen just about everything. Don’t be surprised if your issue twigs a “we had a similar incident with a client” story. Everyone enjoys a good brewery story, right?

Join the First Key team: Joel, Pat, Matt, Mark and Heather for this informative session:

Get it Right! An Overview of Brewery Planning
Thursday, May 5 | 11:30 am – 1:00 pm | Location: 111 AB

If you can’t make the session, or wish to discuss your brewery further, be sure to stop by the First Key Booth #1710 to meet the team, ask your questions and have a beer. That’s right, First Key will have a few taps pouring. Cheers!
