Brewery Growing Pains and Continuous Improvement
If you are attending the Craft Brewers Conference (CBC) in Washington, DC this April you will be joining thousands of beer industry professionals to socialize, form new relationships and to learn. CBC not only has a trade show, it is renowned for its informative seminars and sessions.
This year our associated company, First Key Consulting Inc., will be presenting on Brewery Growing Pains and Continuous Improvement. A panel of First Key experts will discuss the challenges that face growing breweries from an operations, supply chain and commercial perspective. You will learn how to effectively plan for growth, while capturing improvement opportunities at every step in your journey. The First Key team will walk you through a few of the essential steps to help your brewery thrive and will discuss how to avoid some common pitfalls.
The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion, giving you the opportunity to ask questions that are unique to your brewery. With over 30 years’ experience in craft brewing, First Key has worked with breweries of all sizes and has encountered and solved many issues for its clients.
