Using screening questionnaires can quickly weed out candidates who are not qualified or suitable for the position. We will create a customized candidate screening questionnaire (up to 7 questions) for your Priority job posting. The questionnaire can be yes/no, text-based or a range of answers - all of which are assigned a level of points for each answer from 0 (not acceptable) to 4 (excellent). Answers are provided to you in the email you receive for a new application as well as in your employer account (My Jobs/Application Tracking).
