Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cold-side production tasks including dry hopping, fruit/sugar additions, beer recirculation, CIPs, beer/yeast transfers, pilot tasks, carbonation adjustments, and barrel racking.
- Support Shift Brewers and Lead Shift Brewers by staging and loading raw materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized cellar at all times.
- Log all production data accurately and timely.
- Coordinate with Leads to ensure beer is ready for packaging as scheduled.
- Collaborate with Brewers and Lead Brewers to prepare fermenters (FVs) for wort or beer as needed.
- Conduct routine sensory and quality analysis on beer in process.
- Adhere to Two Roads SOPs and safety protocols.
- Report maintenance needs and safety concerns.
- Monitor inventory of chemicals, PPE, brewery parts, equipment, and raw materials.
- Communicate effectively with the incoming shift and Lead Brewers for seamless shift changes.
Qualifications:
The Cellar Technician will be trained and responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Safety Training, Basic Sanitary Procedures, and Materials Management.
- Cellar Cleaning, FV/YT CIP, Pilot System Cleaning, and Barrel Rinsing/Racking.
- Sensory Training, Carbonation/Packaging, Sour Tanker CIP, and Braumat CIP Operation.
- CIP of FV/YT, Steam Sterilization, DO Measurement, Pinpoint Carbonation, and more.
- Experience in a working brewery or completion of a comprehensive brewing education program is a plus!

Physical Requirements:
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle, reach, lift, carry and lower objects up to 55 pounds
- Frequent use of latches, hand tools, clamps, hoses, etc., requiring manipulative skills and hand-eye coordination
- Bend, squat and move around production floor as needed
- Lift and carry up to 55 pounds as needed
