We are looking for someone that believes in creating the world's perfect beverage, beer! Located in remote Alaska, we are looking for an addition to our production team. We pride our operations on our customer service, where we emphasize a ‘come for the beer, stay for the service or if you came for the service stay for the beer’ mantra.
The Assistant Brewer/Cellerperson is experienced with the beer brewing process, celler work and is responsible for the quality of the beers that the Klondike Brewing Company produces.
Responsibilities Include:
- Working as a cohesive unit with the other production member and service team.
- Assisting in continued training of production staff and procedures for the betterment of the Klondike Brewery.
- Prepare equipment, vessels and transfer hoses ensuring proper pressures, temperatures and sanitary environments for the successful production of Klondike Beer.
- Ensure and maintain brewery equipment.
- Adhere to Personal Protective Equipment Protocols.
- TAP Card (Training of Alcohol Professionals).
- Facilitate the Klondike Brewing Company Mission to be the great beer in your glass by executing the Klondike CIP Protocols.
- Ensure and maintain raw ingredients.
- Deliver on the established production schedule by executing all phases of production processes.
- Ensure the quality of Klondike Beer through the management of brewery conditions and production thresholds and benchmarks
- Executing cellar responsibilities.
- Following the direction of the General Manager.
