Position Title:

Senior Manager, National Asset Care

Job Description:

  • Full accountability to implement strategies that accelerate and improve current Asset Care and Progressive Maintenance Pillar practices and processes to improve equipment performance, reliability and lower repair costs. The WCSC 2.0 Program is the cornerstone of the activities that will drive new ways of working throughout supply chain.
  • Responsible for the WCSC Progressive Maintenance pillar which includes management of the pillar material and auditing success across the major breweries in Canada
  • Deliver improvements in critical Progressive Maintenance related metrics including: unplanned downtime, PM compliance, and Schedule compliance
  • Effectively manage a team comprised of the National Asset Care Manager and National Asset Care Specialists by achieving team/department targets, coaching, mentoring and working on Career Development
  • Support for capital projects through the Progressive Maintenance pillar and Regional Reliability Engineering lead within the Initiative Management pillar.

Job Requirements:

  • You possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment
  • You have demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Chain Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
  • You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development

  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma.
  • Experience: 8-10 years within engineering and asset care with 3-5 years of management experience.
  • Industries:  Preferred experience to food and beverage manufacturing with understanding of high-speed packaging.  Other CPG related industry would also be considered an asset.
