Position Title:

Service Introduction Coordinator

Job Description:

Reporting into the Service Process Manager you will be responsible for the assessment, design, coordination and successful implementation of new or amended services and releases, ensuring successful implementation into the live environment and retiring redundant services without business disruption.

You will take the lead on major contract negotiations, new service acquisitions and develop the service schedule to ensure it meets business needs.

Working closely with Business Stakeholders you will ensure robust Service Account Management is in place across all IT Services. You will manage business expectations against stated organisational performance criteria.

Job Requirements:

You will coordinate and manage resource demand and the capacity of the Service function to meet the needs of the Portfolio & Service Roadmaps. You will develop and own the implementation strategy for every deployment ensuring adherence to policies and standards, whilst translating business requirements into service lines and work with the operations team to ensure supportability.
