Flying Embers Brewery was born in Ojai, CA amidst a devastating wildfire that threatened the future of our brewery. Our community banded together as firefighters fought the blaze for three days. With the incredible destruction came a rebirth that inspired our name and our goal, to create functional beverages that illuminate and celebrate the experience of life.
