Tumbleroot Brewery and Distillery is committed to crafting both authentic and innovative beers and organic spirits and cocktails.  Our beers, spirits, taprooms, brewery, and distillery are designed to be increasingly sustainable, and are a celebration of our unique location in Santa Fe and how it changes through the seasons. Our products will be sold primarily through our brewery tasting room (20 person capacity) and remote taproom, venue and marketplace (400 person capacity). Our goal is produce 2000 barrels of craft beer and 1500 proof gallons of spirits per year.
