BAPBAP, short for "Brassée à Paris, Bue à Paris" (brewed in Paris, beloved in Paris), shacks up in the 11th district of Paris to brew 100% Parisian beers. The goal of that young microbrewery is to have the whole beer-making process in the French capital to share its love for the craft and expertise with all Paris-born, Paris-dwelling and Paris-loving denizens.
