The Role:
We are currently looking for a Product Development Specialist to join the team on a 12 months fixed term contract. You will lead commercial product & process development projects and provide technical expertise on liquid ingredients, processes and equipment at production sites.
In this role you will work with senior managers and a range of teams across our business, to plan, manage and execute all aspects of beverage development. You’ll take the lead on new product and process development projects, as well as existing product renovation initiatives.
This role will play a crucial part in developing new ideas for innovation of new and existing products, while monitoring and applying trends from the wider market.

Job Requirements:

Who you are
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Degree in Science or Engineering with strong emphasis and understanding in Brewing Science
  • 3-5 years+ brewing experience in the Brewing or alcoholic beverage industry
  • Strong technical and theoretical understanding of brewing formulations process
  • Strong project management skills
  • Innovation and problem solving skills – applying new solutions to problems
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Flexibility to travel
