The Role
Reporting to the Senior Logistics Regional Manager, this role is responsible for the development and delivery of our logistics transformation programme across Australia.  
What you will contribute
Support the delivery of Logistics Transformation Projects
  • Drive the implementation of the Voyager Plant Optimisation (VPO) programme
  • Manage the implementation of current capital projects and efficiency initiatives
  • Understand and monitor key dependencies across Logistic function and related projects
  • Explore, develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor the logistics team in best practice ways of working in both warehousing and transport
  • Assist in tendering and budgeting programmes

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Ambitious and eager to succeed
  • Sound experience and knowledge of key drivers in both warehousing and transport supply functions.
  • Understanding of alternative business operating models and processes through broad exposure to various organisation’s and industries.
  • Strong conceptual aptitude with ability to assimilate and synthesize complex issues.
  • Able to articulate, discuss and present strategic plans to executive level management.Program Management experience, with demonstrated capability to lead large program/s implementation.
  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (e.g. business/management/supply chain).Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to align resources, across multiple businesses, time-zones and cultures, to achieve outcomes.
