An exciting opportunity to join the UK&I Risk and Insurance team based in Burton Upon Trent has arisen.
As Risk and Insurance Specialist, you will provide support to the Risk and Insurance Manager (UK&I) to provide a pro-active, forward looking, fully integrated risk management service to the UK & I business.
This will include data collection, financial reporting, claims administration, invoicing, diary management, and keeping key contacts up to date for the UK and Ireland Crisis Management programme and the Legal and Risk business continuity plans.
This role will also perform other administration in support of Risk Management (RM) tasks which may also include some global administration.
Key areas of the role:
- Liability Claims Administration
Reporting to the UK and Ireland Risk Manager, you will ensure all consumer/customer complaints in relation to property damage or injury, and personal injury claims made against Molson Coors are administered in a timely manner within the prescribed UK legal protocols.
You will co-ordinate the services provided by our third party specialists in relation to uninsured claims, employers liability claims and public liability claims, including external solicitors, brokers, insurance archaeologists, and insurers.
You’ll also ensure accurate/up-to date records are kept in relation to liability claims in the Clearsight system and provide monthly reporting and analysis.
You will gather underwriting data from all areas of the UK business to support the placement of the UK and Ireland's insurance programme including provision of data in relation to the UK and Ireland business to facilitate the placement of our global programmes.
You will ensure Clearsight is maintained with relevant and up to date insurance policy data and documentation and co-ordinate the provision of relevant policy details to various UK departments, e.g. EH&S.
- Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning
You will ensure the UK and Ireland portion of the Global Business Continuity and Crisis Management Sharepoint sites are kept up to-date and co-ordinate diaries for the provision or crisis and business continuity training across the UK and Ireland business.
You will provide support to the UK and Ireland Risk Manager in all aspects of RM, including, invoice/payment processing, vendor set-up, diary management, travel co-ordination, and keeping the various RM IT systems up to date (e.g. Clearsight and SharePoint) including insurance data, policy consolidation, corporate histories, key contacts, etc.
You’ll also maintain the RM budgeting/financial data to enable robust tracking of UKRM spend and provide monthly updates to the finance team. You will be responsible for providing general ad-hoc administrative support to the Director, Global Risk Management and the Legal Director - European Supply Chain, Procurement & Risk Management as and when required.
