Fjällbryggeriet is a small handicraft brewery located in Tuddal on the sunny side of Telemark's pride; Gaustatoppen. The brewery was celebrated in the Gildehallen, next to Tuddal Høifjeldshotel, Norway's oldest høgfjellshotell established in 1895.

Fjellbryggeriet where started by Margit and Aasmund Rinde in 2013 in Åmotsdal, and quickly established itself as a good supplier of good craft beer. In the autumn of 2015 they took the decision to file the meskeårane. Einar at Tuddal Höifjeldshotel then initiated a process of moving the brewery to Tuddal and holding it in Øvre Telemark. As said the brewary moved to the basement at the Gildehallen, lying 828 moh. Brewing equipment is the most favorable for the production of surplus beer, and we brew primarily ales in different variants. In addition to production, we offer beer tastings and tours in the brewery, and in cooperation with the hotel they can offer culinary experiences in combination with beer.
